Much as with Jan. 6, it’s the travesty nobody wants to touch. Today, we are joined by Emmy-winning Minneapolis journalist Liz Collin, who has interviewed Chauvin and many others involved in the incident and aftermath of George Floyd. She is out with a new book, "They're Lying: The Media, the Left, and the Death of George Floyd,” telling the other side of the story. Evidence was blocked from the trial, and the fix was in from day one. Chauvin himself is anything but a white supremacist. She also describes how the city planned to sacrifice the police station to the mob and endanger the lives of the officers. We now live in a country where you can be locked up, not based on facts and law, but based on mob rule, racial and political hierarchy, and service of the spirit of the age. Also, I explain why we need to use this excitement of the red wave and the Elon Musk takeover of Twitter to actually fix problems like the corrupt justice system, rather than just engaging in politics and commentary as an end in itself.
