And I hear it’s good for stomach ailments too.1oz rye whiskey1oz Calvados3/4oz sweet vermouth1 dash Angostura bitters1 dash Peychaud’s bittersGreen Chartreuse rinsecherry for garnishCombine rye, calvados, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine. Pour enough Chartreuse into a rocks glass to coat the inside, then pour out (into your mouth). Stain from the mixing glass into the prepared rocks glass, and garnish was a cherry.
