In commemoration of world milk day, we had an insightful conversation with Fisayo Kayode, an expert in the dairy value chain. Fisayo answers several burning questions that affect the different players in the dairy value chain. She further emphasizes the need to utilize technology and capacity building to close the gap wide gap in the African dairy value chain.
