Contrived Story...

I did not enjoy The Yoga Teacher. The story felt contrived and not genuine. There were too many plot lines that made the storyline hard to follow and to keep my interest. I wanted to like the protagonist but found her to be shallow, at times, and lacking authenticity.

I kept hoping for some depth to the main character and the story as a whole. The plot line is weak and the main character's role as a yoga teacher is somewhat unbelievable.

Good book

This is a Great book for yoga lovers. Fun and insightful for getting lost in a good book on a sunny afternoon.

I wasn't expecting a 'deep' read

Very light reading yes, but what I did mind is that it gives the impression that it is easy to become a Yoga Teacher and, worse yet, that many Yoga teachers and practitioners are not that mentally stable.

Reading it is a waste of your time.
