Chelsea received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Diatetics at the University of North Florida, and received her Masters of Public Health and Nutrition from the University of South Florida.
Chelsea has worked as a Food Service Dietician at Emory University and during this time she connected with her love of unique foods and cooking. Chelsea has a passion for connecting with people who are stuck in a pattern reinforced by diet-focused culture and brings her unique skills and talents to those she works with and teaches.
She is currently working with students as an instructor at the University of North Florida and in her own private practice.
