today i open up about my current thoughts about my journey in ED recovery and it's a hard and heavy one but i wanted to get those feelings out there.
TW for those with an ed/also in recovery: it's a difficult subject to voice but i think it's important people understand that recovery is in no way linear and it is so so so difficult and that it takes WAY longer than you could imagine...
