A third officer is charged with endangering her neighbors. Two officers were shot during protests in Louisville, KY. Also, President Trump says the White House can overrule the FDA's guidelines for a COVID vaccine. While the CDC is releasing new data showing young people are spreading the virus. And, the Trump administration is threatening to cut funding to hospitals who fail to report data about COVID-19 to the Department of Health and Human Services.
