Because not knowing how to stop the vicious binge eating cycle is exhausting, tune in for strategies to make eating easier again. 

I feared eating a cupcake. I love the icing, but one the sugary goodness hit my tongue it seems like my taste buds took over and I just wanted MORE. 

I loved the pleasure of chowing down on my favorite foods. 

At the same time I felt frustrated by my lack on control and the pounds showing up on my body. 

I had to learn to eat JUST 1 cupcake without it turning into 5 cupcakes and more of whatever I could get my hands on. 

In this video I have 3 tips to get you started. 

Stop going hungry
