Xi said during his state visit to Russia in March, he and Putin drew a blueprint for the future development of China-Russia relations and cooperation in various fields. He expressed hope that both governments will continue to take advantage of the great potential and strongimpetus【动力】 of China-Russia ties to advance cooperation in various fields and enrich the comprehensive strategic partnership for the new era.习近平请米舒斯京转达对普京总统的诚挚问候。习近平指出，今年3月，我对俄罗斯进行成功国事访问，同普京总统擘画了今后一个时期中俄关系发展和各领域合作蓝图。希望双方继续发挥中俄合作空间大、前景广、动力足的优势，把各领域合作推向更高水平，不断丰富两国新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系的内涵。Xi stressed that China and Russia should continue to firmly support each other on issues concerning their respective core interests, and strengthen coordination in multilateral arenas such as the United Nations, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, BRICS and the G20. The two governments should further raise trade and investment cooperation, improve bilateral cooperation between institutions, consolidate and expand energy and connectivity cooperation, and create more new growth points. A police statement said the two drivers engaged in mutual“fighting behavior” while in their vehicles. Zhang Yue has more.五月二十四日，几则两车在上海高架路上相互撞击的视频热传。警方通报，涉事驾驶员在行驶过程中存在互相“斗气”行为。记者张乐带来详细报道。During evening rush hour yesterday, a blue car was in a lane that was about to end and tried to merge into the left lane at the Caoxi Interchange section on the Inner Ring Elevated Road in Xuhui District. A driver in a yellow truck didn't slow down as required by law and allow the vehicle into the lane. The video then shows the yellow truck driving alongside the blue car and pushing it into the concrete side wall. A law professor said the truck didn't have priority since it isn't a special vehicle and it wasn't being used for work purposes at the time.
