Let's get back after it. My guest today is the head of strategy over at the DirtFish Rally School in Seattle, Miss Josie Rimmer. Josie is not only the head of strategy, she is an incredibly accomplished rally driver and the lead on the women in motorsports summit which will now be holding its 4th annual event this May.

We discuss the summit, her comeback after her hip injury, the major differences between a rally driver and the co-driver, and the most important question ever asked on this podcast....if Santa's sleigh were to be pulled by iconic rally cars, which one would be the lead car?
