Everything sucks but put out positive vibes and be solution oriented. No one wants to hear a sad sack. FUCK THAT! Positivity has a time and place but you should be allowed to feel how you feel and work through your emotions without others downplaying them or failing to actually acknowledge them. We're well in to drinking and implore you to do the same as we dive into toxic positivity.
