Track 28 features meal prep bae, Terryl Rose the owner of Summer Fresh Meals, which is a meal prepping company that specializes in keto and low crab meals. Summer Fresh Meals is based out of Atlanta, Ga and is one of the top meal prepping companies in the city. In episode we talk about the importance of eating healthy, meal prepping and more.
