Today’s guest is Hollywood superstar Chris Pratt.  
Chris plays Lieutenant Commander James Reece in the Amazon Prime Video adaptation of Jack Carr’s The Terminal List and resumes the role in upcoming series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. 
Following the debut of The Terminal List in 2022, it became the No. 1 series on Prime Video. It was viewed for more than 1.6 billion minutes in its first week. Chris has also starred in Jurassic World, Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, and LEGO Movie franchises, along with Moneyball, Zero Dark Thirty, Passengers, The Magnificent Seven, Onward, The Tomorrow War, and many others. He also played Andy Dwyer on the hit sitcom Parks and Recreation.
Chris voiced the iconic characters of Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Movie in 2023 and Garfield in The Garfield Movie which hits screens May 2024!

Chris Pratt: Becoming James Reece

Dr. Jonathan Schanzer is a terrorism finance expert, a Senior Vice President for Research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD) and serves on the FDD’s Center on Economic and Financial Power leadership team. 
Along with hundreds of articles on terrorism and the Middle East, he is the author of Gaza Conflict 2021: Hamas, Israel and Eleven Days of War, State of Failure: Yasser Arafat, Mahmoud Abbas, and the Unmaking of the Palestinian State, Hamas vs. Fatah: The Struggle for Palestine, and Al-Qaeda’s Armies: Middle East Affiliate Groups & the Next Generation of Terror.
Previously, Dr. Schanzer was a terrorism finance analyst in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He also held think tank research positions at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and the Middle East Forum.

Unraveling the Complex History of Hamas with Dr. Jonathan Schanzer

Tulsi Gabbard is a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserves, Iraq War veteran, former
Congresswoman, and 2020 presidential candidate.
Tulsi was elected the U.S. representative for Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from
2013 to 2021. During her time in office, she served on the Homeland Security
Committee, the Armed Services Committee, the Foreign Affairs Committee, and the
Financial Services Committee. From 2013-2016, Tulsi served as Vice Chair of the
Democratic National Committee. In 2019, she launched her 2020 presidential
campaign, becoming the first female combat veteran to run for president. In October of
2022, Tulsi announced her departure from the Democrat Party. 
In this episode, Jack and Tulsi discuss the significance of the Constitution, emphasizing
its relevance for elected officials, as well as students from primary school to college.
Tulsi enlisted in the Hawaii Army National Guard in 2003. In 2004, she deployed for a
year-long tour to Iraq where she served as a medical specialist. After being
commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, she was stationed in Kuwait from 2008 to 2009,
serving as a Military Police Officer. In July 2021, she was promoted to Lieutenant
Colonel.

Chris Ryan is a former Special Air Service operator. The only member of his eight-man team to not be captured or killed, Chris evaded enemy patrols and survived a 300-kilometer journey to the Syrian border during the First Gulf War. It was the longest Escape and Evasion in the history of the SAS.

The Cold Hard Truth of War with Chris Ryan

Andy McNab is a former member of the British SAS who led Bravo Two Zero during the first Gulf War.  During his time in the military, Andy conducted counter-terrorist and anti-drug missions in Central America, South America and throughout the Middle East. He also worked undercover in Northern Ireland. 
He was captured in Iraq on a mission during the first Gulf War in 1991, an experience he recounts in his first book, Bravo Two Zero. Andy was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal (DCM) and Military Medal (MM). At the time he left SAS in 1993, he was the British Army's most highly decorated serving soldier. 
In his post-military life, Andy has instructed special operations forces in survival, hostage rescue, and counterterrorism. He was also the technical advisor on the classic action film Heat.  
He is the author of the Nick Stone and Tom Buckingham thriller series, the co-author of the Boy Soldier series, and the author of three books about his own military experience: Bravo Two Zero, Seven Troop, and Immediate Action. Andy’s novel Red Notice was recently adapted into a major motion picture. It is currently available on Netflix as SAS: Rise of the Black Swan.
