Okayyyy real talk: over the last 22yrs of living with type 1 diabetes I’ve had my fair share of limiting beliefs that I’ve overcome. You know, things like...
“Diabetes is a turn off
a burden
a liability
an inconvenience"
AND
"Diabetes makes me unattractive
fat
weird
different
broken
unloveable
limited”
(...just to name a few.😅)
After years of hurdles I thought I’d unpacked all my limiting beliefs about diabetes and placed them neatly on a shelf where they belong but turns out there was still one lingering around!
In this episode today you’ll hear me bust through it in real time with the help of Sarah Miller, who joins us to coach me through this limiting belief using a technique that might just give you insights on how you might be able to bust through your own limiting belief(s) (diabetes related or not) ...or maybe you'll just want to tune in to see if you can relate to my limiting belief, too.❤️ Sarah Miller is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Theraputic Applied Percussion (TAP), and mindset coach and she’s also been living with type 1 diabetes for just over 10yrs.
