Paxx Caraballo Moll is a chef and restaurant owner of Jungle Bao Bao in San Juan Puerto Rico. They have been recognized by Food & Wine, James Beard, and by followers on Instagram for starting the hashtag #QueersInTheKitchen. Paxx is known for their creative and elevated vegetarian and vegan dishes and for being at the heart of Peurto Rico's local food movement for years.
