Dr. Grauer retired from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2006. travelersinthenight.org Today's 2 topics: - In London, Ben Cooke, Tom Wright, Matthew Wilde and Guy Pollack set up a small 10 inch telescope on a partly cloudy night to experiment with imaging. They discovered a bright new star in the irregular galaxy M82. - Asteroid 2013 TV 135 had passed about 4 million miles from Earth on September 16, 2013.
