As the 2020 election grows closer and the pandemic numbers continue to spike, President Trump appears to be fighting an uphill battle toward re-election. Josh Kraushaar, a Political Editor for National Journal,  discusses major factors that will impact the 2020 election as President Trump pushes for law and order and Joe Biden spends big bucks in Texas.

President Trump announced proposed reforms to the National Environmental Policy Act that are expected to make it easier to approve U.S. infrastructure needs such as proposed highways and pipelines. EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler explains why the policy needs to be updated. He also weighs in on former Vice President Joe Biden’s environmental proposal and why critics have it wrong when it comes to the Trump Administration’s environmental record.
