United States President Donald Trump has granted a full pardon to former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. United States President-elect Biden said, "we're at war with the virus, not with one another" during a recent speech. Biden also urges people to unite in his recent Thanksgiving speech and calls on Americans to recommit to fighting the coronavirus pandemic. Dr. Fauci has "been in contact" with Biden's team. Biden also says, "I know we can and we will beat this virus."

The United States coronavirus death toll now tops 261,000 with 12.7 million cases amid fear that Thanksgiving will be the "mother of all super-spreader events." New coronavirus cases are averaging 174,000 a day amid record hospitalizations.

Biden is to get his first presidential daily briefing on Monday. Biden says that in America, "we have full, fair and free elections, then [we] honor the results." Biden also says that, "this is not a third Obama term... Trump has changed the landscape." Biden is open to putting a republican who voted for Trump on his administration team.

Record lines are forming at food banks amid the pandemic economic crisis. The Mayo clinic is being forced to bring in workers from out of state.
