Fani Willis' lawyer appeared in Court during Nathan Wade's divorce proceeding to argue that the Fulton County DA is too busy with prosecuting Trump to appear for a subpoena. Both Jocelyn Wade's lawyer and Michael Roman's lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, also appeared to argue in favor of unsealing the case and requiring Fani to be deposed.
