There is so much fear and uncertainty in our current reality that it’s easy to be caught up in a panic, but we should be using this time to take stock of our lives and our businesses as they are, and how we want them to be. Is it possible to make the most of this period? While it’s normal to feel worried about the future, it’s also important for us to live in the moment and think about how we want to look back on this time. How can we build memories for our children so they can remember this period? By choosing to slow down, assess our goals and embrace the changes we’re going through, we can make quarantine something to remember for the right reasons.  On this episode, music therapist and Founder of veredmusic.com, Vered Benhorin shares how to make the most of life in quarantine.    Do your best to create memories of this time with your children- and not just through photos and videos. Take a few moments to improvise vocally and create songs for your children. -Vered Benhorin   3 Things You’ll Learn in This Episode Take a moment to assessWith the world on pause, we finally have a moment to think deeply about who we are. Take advantage of the lull we’re going through to assess where we are, and where we want to be.  Bond through musicMusic is a great way to form bonds with the people closest to us, so take a moment each day to improvise vocally. Sing a little song about our current reality; our kids will remember this for years and may even pass it on to their own children.  Embrace the changeWhile the changes we’re seeing in the world are unnerving, it’s times like these that force us to take our businesses to the next level. Instead of trying to get back to the way things were, use this time to adapt to our new reality and keep moving forward.
