After a while away from the podcast, this episode is an honest reflection on why I stepped back, and what changed in the process.
Over the past couple of years I’ve gone through a significant period of questioning, detaching from old beliefs, and stepping away from spaces that once felt aligned. That included the spiritual community, social media, and even parts of my own identity that no longer felt authentic.
Instead of teaching or sharing from a place of certainty, I felt called to pause and actually live the work I had been speaking about, integrating shadow work, nervous system awareness, and self-inquiry through real life experiences like parenting, relationships, and everyday challenges.
This episode is a reflection on:
- why it’s sometimes necessary to walk away from something to gain clarity
- the messy middle of personal growth
- learning through practice rather than theory
- and why it’s okay to not know what comes next
UNRAVEL has always been a space for contemplation and reflection, and this season returns to that original intention, thinking out loud, exploring life as it unfolds, and allowing the process to be messy, honest, and human.
If you’ve ever stepped away from something that no longer felt aligned, this conversation might resonate with you.
