Has anyone ever called you shy, or loud, or old, or tired, or "just" a stay-at-home mom? These can all be examples of "Unwanted Identities" or "undesirable" ways that other people perceive you. Often times they are shaped by families and culture - and by their nature, they are "unwanted" and can cause you to feel ashamed and unworthy. In this episode, Jamie and Guy discuss their own Unwanted Identities and how they led to either change or acceptance. They also discuss the importance of knowing who you are, recognizing why an identity feels unwanted and deciding how you want that perception to define you.
