Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. Whether you're sitting, standing, or lying down, allow your body to settle. Feel the surface beneath you, supporting you completely. Close your eyes if that feels right, and take three slow, deliberate breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, letting the air fill your lungs like a gentle wave, then exhale slowly, releasing any tension.

Today, we're exploring gratitude - not as a forced practice, but as a living, breathing connection to the richness of your life. Imagine gratitude as a soft light inside you, capable of illuminating even the smallest moments of beauty and kindness.

Bring to mind something simple that touched you recently. Maybe it was a warm cup of coffee this morning, a kind smile from a stranger, or the soft rustling of leaves outside your window. Don't search for something grand - the magic is in the ordinary. Notice how simply remembering this moment creates a subtle warmth in your body.
