In episode 3 we celebrate some of our female athletes at The International School of Penang (Uplands). We talk to Year 3 students, Rosie, Alisa, and Sarah about why they love sports and how sports can be good for you. We then chat with Year 12 students, Chloe and Cora about their careers as student-athletes and why they value sports. Finally, we chatted with Ms. Tanya, a secondary Design teacher, about her life in sports and why she values athletics. There are many important lessons and takeaways from this episode.
