Can your business truly run without you?    As in...could you go on a 3 month-long vacation, with zero cell phone access, and still bring in plenty of money to feed your family and keep your business up and running?   If you aren’t building an all-star team and engineering that team’s celebrity, the answer is most definitely a big fat NO.    While there is so much push-back in the entrepreneurial world regarding team building, it is quite simply the only way to step away from your business while maintaining momentum and continuing to bring in profits.    A crucial piece of the team-building puzzle is setting your team members up as trustworthy experts, fully capable of stepping in and taking over.
