News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer run through all of the previous week's highlights and exciting things going on in UVU athletics. Women's basketball defeated Seattle U before snapping their five-game win streak, losing on the road at Cal Baptist. Men's basketball took care of business at home, defeating Seattle U and CBU. Baseball went 1-3 over the weekend against USF and fell to 2-6 on the season. Softball went 3-2 over the weekend. Women's soccer won their spring game against Dixie State 3-0. Some big events are coming up this week with the BIG-12 Championships for wrestling, the WAC tournament next week for basketball, and the NCAA Championships for track and field. Women’s T&F finished 5th at the WAC Indoor Championships and men finished 6th. Joseph Glenn finished 2nd for the men's golf team at the Loyola Invitational. Men's basketball picks up the win on the road, scorches CSU, shooting 69.1% from the field and 72.7% from three. Women's basketball picks up their fourth win in five games, defeating CSU. Five Wolverines set school records for the Track & Field team at the Stacy Dragila Invitational. The wrestling team lost a pair of tightly contested duals to #13 Missouri 18-15, and Wyoming 23-17. New rankings have Taylor Lamont #12 in 125, Hayden Drury #13 in 133, Evan Bockman #24 in 197, Jacob Armstrong #29 in 184, Kekena Fouret #32 in 174. Former UVU men's soccer player Matt Gay sends the Rams to the Super Bowl. The Jazz go 0-3 riding a stretch of injuries throughout the team. Tune in next week for more updates.

News and Notes: Women's basketball picks up wins against UTRGV and Chicago State, drops a close game against Lamar. Men's basketball picked up wins against UTRGV and Lamar. Wrestling rankings released, Wolverines have two wrestlers ranked. Haiden Drury is ranked 13th in the 133# class, and Evan Bockman is ranked 24th in the 197# class. Former men's soccer player Matt Gay hits game winning field-goal in playoffs for the LA Rams. Jazz went 1-3 and Nathan Jackson picks up first perfect prediction of the year. News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer announce the winners of the first-ever Wolverines of the Year Awards. Jojea Kwizera was selected with the 15th overall pick in the MLS SuperDraft by CF Montreal. Wrestling is Currently on COVID pause. Had their home meets this past weekend against NDSU, Air Force, and SDSU canceled due to COVID protocols, and their meets this week at Northern Iowa and #11 Iowa State has also been postponed. Women's basketball loses to Cal Baptist but bounces back and defeats Dixie State. Men's basketball picked up a pair of losses to Seattle U and Cal Baptist. In track and field, Zane Farrer finished first in the 60m hurdles. Neal Berkey and Jacob Deming finished 2nd and 3rd in the men’s heptathlon. Meg Walker and Madison Clark took first and second in the women’s pentathlon. Jazz went 1-2 last week. News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer go over all of the things you missed over winter break. The wrestling team loses Big-12 Champion Demetrius Romero to a torn ACL. Women's basketball has lost six out of their last seven games. The team is sitting at 5-8 and is currently on pause for COVID-19 cases within the program. Men's basketball defeated Dixie State after dropping a game to Abeline Christian and currently sit at 11-4 on the season and 2-1 in WAC play. Indoor track season is underway. Baseball and softball are just around the corner. Both Aimaq and Williams are among the nations leading rebounders. Women's soccer obtains GK Chelsea Peterson from Utah and defender Haley Richardson from Oregon State through the transfer portal. Diego Castillo of the men's soccer team was named to College Soccer News’ All-Freshman 3rd team and TopDrawerSoccer’s Freshman Best XI 2nd team. The Jazz are on a three-game losing streak and Nathan and Nathan make their prediction for their upcoming slate of games.

News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer bring you the latest in UVU sports. The men's basketball team upset #12 BYU in OT 72-65. The team now travels to play SUU and Wyoming. We interview Fardaws Aimaq on the game and the state of the season so far. Volleyball lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament to #16 Utah 3-1. Women's basketball lost to UNLV 73-63 at home. Wrestling earned three podium finishes as Haiden Drury finished third and Jacob Armstrong and Evan Bockman finished eighth in their divisions. The Jazz go 2-0 as both Nathan and Nathan predicted. Nathan Jackson predicts a rough week for the Jazz with a 1-2 finish while Nathan Farmer predicts a 2-1 finish. Tune in next week for more on UVU athletics.

News and Notes: Nathan Jackson and Nathan Farmer bring you all the latest events from the past week in UVU athletics. Mens basketball comes up with three huge OT wins, the BYU game will be discussed next episode. Women's basketball loses close games to Nevada and Fresno State. Volleyball travels to BYU to face off against Utah in the NCAA tournament. Wrestling picks up wins over CSU-Bakersfield and Cal Baptist at the Roadrunner open on Nov. 19, with Haiden Drury, Jayden Woodruff, Kase Mauger, Isaiah Delgado, Danny Snediker, and Jack Forbes all winning individual titles at the tournament. Cross country competed in the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 12, Everlyn Kemboi posted the highest Regional finish in program history, finishing 13th in a stacked race that included the eventual national champion. The men’s team finished 10th overall, and the women’s team finished 9th. Nathan and Nathan weigh in on the Jazz so far this season.
