She is passionate about helping clients achieve better balance and thrive as they enhance the quality of their lives. Either through therapy, yoga, or wellness coaching Sara partners with her clients to help foster the bravery and skills necessary to step towards holistic wellness that honors their mind-body-spirit connection. Sara received a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan, with an emphasis in Interpersonal Practice: Mental Health and Interpersonal Practice: Communities and Social Systems with a minor in Community Organizing. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Michigan. Sara completed here RYT 200 hours through the Yoga Alliance certified Bodhi Yoga Studio in 2010.
