Vet Tech Cafe - Kate Howard Episode

Caffeinators, have you ever peaked over the clinic fence and wondered what is out there in the great beyond? If you've been listening in, you know we've done several episodes about being a veterinary technician outside of the clinical setting, but staying under the veterinary medicine umbrella-and this is another one of those episodes! We recently met Kate Howard, LVT at the Vet Tech Cafe and talked about her path through vet med, mental health struggles, and how those led her down a different path with Instinct! You may have heard of Instinct before, as it is one of the premiere veterinary software companies around. Did you know they employ veterinary technicians? If your first thought is, "well I can't do that, I'm not good with computers" then listen up! You do not need a computer science degree or knowledge of systems analysis for this role.
