Signature Cocktail: After(fight)care Drinking is like fighting or sex: it’s only fun if everyone’s enjoying it, and you learn something about yourself afterwards. 1 1/2oz Irish Whisky 1 1/2oz dry vermouth 1/3oz curacao (Triple Sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier) lemon peel, for garnish If using Triple Sec: combine all ingredients in an old-fashioned glass with ice and stir to combine. If using Grand Marnier: combine in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
