I break it down through the lens of the nervous system, specifically the ventral vagus nerve, which plays a key role in feeling safe, connected, and open to healing. True self-healing isn’t just about fixing physical pain—it’s about shifting into a state where the body naturally restores itself. I explain how awakening and healing are one and the same and how being in a regulated, ventral vagal state allows us to access clarity, intuition, and deep transformation.
