Wake Up Call

Welcome to the Lancaster Story Slam podcast! Our theme for June was “Wake Up Call.” Our wide awake and talented storytellers once again were able to dazzle us with stories ranging from funny to profound.

Our winner this month was Pat Carmody with his alarm-clock-set-to-radio story of how a song by Warren Zevon made getting the kids up in the morning a bit more bearable.  Pat’s story won him the prized pint glass and a spot in the Lancaster Story Slam Grand Slam which will take place in November. Congratulations, Pat!

Next up is Lissa Olson with a comical story of the wake up call her body gave her following a waterslide adventure.
