Bryan Fischer here with the Life and Liberty Minute. The nation is reeling from the verdict in the Derek Chauvin case. Regardless of what people think of the verdict, it’s now clear we have reached a dark place as a culture where we seem to be governed by the rule of the mob rather than the rule of law. The truth and the law have now been shackled by those who are pursuing an agenda of social justice rather than biblical justice. Because of our roots in Christianity, we as a nation have always defined justice as a process - that is, someone receives justice if their trial was conducted fairly and justly. But we are no longer there as a culture. Now, justice is defined as an outcome. If aggrieved parties don’t get the outcome they want, cities can burn to the ground. Social justice warriors are determined to take over all our institutions. We can’t let them do it.
