We choose our parents. Take that in. We choose our parents. Why is this important, or even relevant? Because it is the difference between being empowered or disempowered. It is the difference between healing and suffering. Understanding (and accepting) this powerful principle can radically alter your life experience. We will be talking in depth about Chapter 4 of my book, “Fear Is A Choice”.

Joining me for this adventure is author, editor extraordinaire, and book designer, Stacey Aaronson. She just released her book, “Raising, and Losing, My Remarkable Teenage Mother” on JUNE 14!. Her extraordinary experiences will be a wonderful and exciting addition to this adventure! Join us to learn more about claiming your power from one of the most impactful relationships you will have.

About Stacey:

Stacey Aaronson is the product of an exceptionally loving, accepting, and big-hearted family who have always encouraged her to be no one but her authentic self. It took a while, but she finally uncovered her gifts and soul’s calling in 2011 as a writer, ghostwriter, editor, book and website designer, graphics creator, and publishing partner, and has since been gleefully and gratefully involved in the full or partial production of over two hundred books. She delights in working with authors of multiple genres within her business, The Book Doctor Is In, and as a layout artist for She Writes Press.

Stacey is also author of the just-released memoir, Raising, and Losing, My Remarkable Teenage Mother, which Kirkus Reviews calls “an intimate and moving account of a singular bond,” saying “Aaronson’s approach has a disarming charm and is warmly intuitive.” IndieReader gave it five stars and describes it as “a darn good page-turner that could easily rival any riveting novel” and “a memoir worth relishing.” Stacey has written several articles and been interviewed on various podcasts and radio shows on topics surrounding her uncommon and mystical Gilmore Girls–like relationship with her mom, including Creations Magazine, caregiving.com, Houston Family Magazine, Mystic Living Today, The Eden Magazine, LGBTQ Nation, Parentology Magazine, OM Times Radio, Good People, Cool Things, Generation Ripe, and Dr. Amy Collins’ Life, Death, and the Space Between.

Stacey currently lives on Whidbey Island in Washington state with her soul mate and playmate of twenty-one years, Dana; their rescued Maine Coon kitty; and the many deer, squirrels, and birds that frequent their property.
