This week we welcome Mike “Sully” Sullivan, representing Team RWB, a veterans’ service organization that will celebrate its 15th anniversary in just a few weeks. Team RWB is all about fostering physical fitness, healthy habits, and strong mental well-being for those who have served. At its heart, it’s a community of accountability and camaraderie, built to ensure veterans never face challenges alone.
Sully will officially step into his new role as Executive Director of Team RWB during the Twin Cities Marathon weekend on October 5th. He shares how his own journey—alongside Mike Irwin, one of Team RWB’s founders—shaped his passion for helping veterans rebuild their support structures and rediscover connection through wellness, friendship, and purpose.
Together, they continue to drive the mission:
“Enrich Veterans’ Lives by forging the nation’s leading health and wellness community for Veterans.”
