Picking up the pieces of what we can control is important in the lows of our lives. Planning and researching is important in our teens, we shouldn’t leave it to chance! Foundational systems are always important however if we didn’t out this in place or didn’t have someone to teach us, we should never pause in the ignorance. We cry a little and then apply the principle in our present ♥️

Trauma has a way of leaving one in a state of loneliness when not worked on. We celebrate Mental health because it’s the one aspect of general health that is not visible to the eye. Being able to live through daily activities while coping with racing thoughts or the feeling of not wanting to do anything takes a lot.
