Your questions:My friends’ son walks on the balls of his feet more often than not. Other people in his family do the same. Is this hereditary? What is going on, why, and what can be done?My knees pop on a daily basis, several times a day. They pop constantly throughout the day and I feel the tendency to pop them, not out of habit, but because I feel the need to, almost as if there’s air pockets in there.My mom is over 60 but still a fit woman. She loves going for long walks, gardening, cruising on her e-bike, and hiking. She used to work a desk job half time and is now sitting in front of her laptop at home. She’s suffering from a lot of pain, in her right hip and left side, an eight out of ten.
