Also, an NPR and Harvard University poll shows nearly half of Americans say they are facing "serious financial problems" as the global pandemic drags on. And, regardless of who wins the election, the U-S will still formally exit the Paris climate agreement on November 4. It's the only country of the nearly 200 who signed to withdraw.
