This is an all in one package of diets that you should purchase! The number one goal of Andrew Johnson is promoting healthy lifestyle and weight loss too. When it comes to preparing your meal for the day, you should know the amount of the calories and vitamins that you are getting. This book helped me in doing this such as only taking 200 calories per meal. I encounter detoxing before but I did not try, this book helped me to let my body heal and go back into track. Recipes are delicious!
