Welcome to Heart and Soul,.
Welcome to heart and soul my new podcast where I shall have inspirational guests, where we can chat about life in general and also about their inner guidance, their intuition and how that's helped them through their life. They'll also be meditations, conversations where I'll be channeling any information that comes through for my guidance. I hope you enjoy these podcasts, the first of many.
Although I do have another podcast channel, which is called equine voices (link below) that's based around my equine work. It's also inspiration from my guests and we talk very much about the horses but also intuitive guidance, that helps with ourself and our horses.
Inner guidance is something that we all possess, we all have an inner wisdom. A guardian angel, a soul, whatever religion, whatever background you come from, we all have the ability to tap into that un scene guidance that's always with us, always with us okay. It's whether we choose to listen to it, or we understand how to listen to it.
So the meditations that I'll share with you, will hopefully connect with you, resonate with you and help you find your own balance in life. Your own inner guidance so that you can move forward in your life or have clarity on something or just feel at ease with yourself because life is for living.
It is for living in the moment and enjoying and that's what horses have teached me over the years. The communication with horses have taught me to be the moment and listened to that quiet, quiet voice, that stillness that helps you reconnect and balance and ground yourself to where you are so that you can see things clearly.
Without the dramatic emotions that we all have. And it's a work in progress and I'm here to share all sides of the coin and hopefully give you insight to yourself and how you can develop your intuition okay.
