Whether it’s committing to a morning stretch, choosing water over another cup of coffee, or taking five minutes to breathe (seriously, when was the last time you did that?), intentional living means doing more of what’s good for you. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, connection, and feeling amazing in your own skin!
Ready to dive in? Today I am talking about 10 fun, practical ways to start living with more intention today, especially when it comes to your health and well-being. Your future self will thank you! 💃💪

Many people think of stress as a single issue, often treating it as an emotional or psychological problem that can be resolved by simply calming down or reducing anxiety. This approach, while well-meaning, overlooks the complexity of stress. Stress is not just a mental or emotional experience—it's a whole-body response that involves intricate interactions between our physical, mental, and even spiritual selves.
In today’s podcast we are going to take a look at a new perspective on stress and see it from a 360 degree viewpoint.
