As consumers across the world emerge from crisis mode after two years spent in the grip of COVID-19, they expect an elevated level of service from their insurers. Over the past two and a half years life has been in fast-forward mode, requiring us all to rapidly change the way we live our lives. Ecosystem-style services have blossomed in nearly every industry, addressing every aspect of customer demand and in some cases even anticipating them beforehand. But insurance is still viewed as a late bloomer in this space. 

Innovation and agility are the need of the hour, as insurers pivot their operating models to seamlessly blend the physical and digital aspects of customer experience.
