What doe Wellness Look Like?

Designing a self-care routine is a very personal thing. We all have different needs that must be met in different ways. However, I believe that there are 8 dimensions of wellness that are absolutely essential. How you meet the needs in these categories may look a little different, but overall these needs are the same for everyone.
