You Can’t Operate Your Business Without Systems If you don’t have systems in place, your business is running you.  You started a business for lifestyle freedom but if you are changed to everything in your business, it is not going to thrive the way you want it to.   Likewise, if you have to do everything in your business yourself, it’s not going to survive. Shannon’s motto is, keep calm and streamline.
