In the past we used to say,

What have they to worry about?

Imagine if they had something to actually worry about?

He/She will be grand.

Over the last 10 years or so this has been repeated, a lot has changed for young people in this time.

I used to just run home and then I'd be safe, now with social media the danger follows you home.

It is up to all of us to help steer them towards a more positive outlook, there is a lot more ways for negativity to reach them than there was when I was younger, so the more positive things I can put out on the world the better.
