I am a sucker for talent shows. The more dramatic the story, the more drawn in I am. It is my “guilty pleasure” if you will. But behind the production and the obvious emotional manipulation, are real people. And these real people are willing to put themselves out there, in front of the world, to be judged on their talent, or their lack of it. There is a lot to learn from their example.
