In this Wisdom Dialogues episode, we step into a Sedona season of daily practice and non-dual exploration, where spiritual concepts are tested in real-life scenarios: sleeping next to a messy workspace, navigating old food beliefs, feeling heartbreak ripple through the nervous system, and living alongside a neighbor convinced he’s fighting demons.
