Cormani McClain is projected to be one of the top players in the spring transfer portal window. McClain signed with Colorado as a five-star prospect out of Lakeland, Florida. He was ranked as the No. 13 overall prospect and No. 1 cornerback in the class of 2023. As a true freshman for the Buffaloes, he played in nine games, totaling 13 tackles and two pass breakups. He started the final three games of the season.
