07/29/24: Rebecca Binstock began serving as the Executive Director of the North Dakota Ethics Commission in September 2022. Prior to serving in this role, she served as the pro se law clerk with the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota.

She joins Joel Heitkamp on "News and Views" to talk about what the North Dakota Ethics Commission does, how it works, and current openings on the board.
