After one of the toughest conversations I've ever had I have been gifted with clarity and grace. 

This past week I was challenged by a conversation I had with someone that I l know and love dearly. They were fact-finding but what transpired was almost two hours of old stories coming through me. 

After nearly 2hrs, I left, opened my car door, drove away and unleashed an absolute mountain of tears. 

I've never been more thankful.
