China released once-in-a-decade census data this week showing the ongoing drift of workers away from China’s manufacturing sector and towards the service sector and its fast-growing delivery and ride-hailing industries. China may no longer supply young, productive, cheap workers. What keeps young people away from careers in manufacturing. What change is underway in the country's manufacturing sector?
